How do you structure your projects?

We typically work on a fixed-fee milestone basis. Projects begin with an in-depth discovery phase, move into directional concepts, and conclude with exhaustive execution and delivery. We maintain clear boundaries to ensure highest quality output without scope creep.

What is your typical turnaround time?

Timelines scale with scope. A foundational brand identity usually requires 3-5 weeks. Focused landing page design or specific asset creation (like a thumbnail system) can often be completed in 1-2 weeks depending on current availability.

What deliverables do I actually receive?

For branding, we deliver all vector source files (.ai, .svg), raster exports (.png, .jpg) in necessary contexts, and a comprehensive PDF guideline. For UI work, we primarily deliver via structured Figma files ready for your engineering team. Assets are typically organized via a shared cloud drive.

Do you implement the websites you design?

Our core expertise is visual design and art direction. However, for select projects, we do offer Webflow or Next.js implementation. If implementation is required, please specify this early so we can scope it appropriately.

How do payments work?

Standard engagements require a 50% deposit to secure time on our schedule and begin work, with the remaining 50% due upon final delivery, prior to the handover of source files. All invoicing is handled securely via standard payment processors.
